What the service does

Föreningsdomare is a multi-tenant web service where Swedish amateur sports clubs administer matches, referee assignment, compensation and communication between administrators, team managers and referees.

The service is accessed both via web browser and an iOS/Android app. Some features require login and that your club is registered in the service.

User responsibilities

As a user you undertake to:

• Provide truthful information Name, contact details, payment information and role within the club must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Protect your login credentials Passwords are not shared with third parties. Suspicions of unauthorised access are reported to hej@foreningsdomare.se.
• Use the service for its intended purpose The service may not be used for illegal activity, harassment of other users or attempts to circumvent security controls.
• Respect other clubs’ data Access to information of clubs other than the one you are connected to is not permitted.

Fees and payment

Pricing and payment terms for the club’s use of the service are regulated separately in an agreement with each club. Referee compensation is handled between club and referee via the service — Föreningsdomare is not a party to the financial transaction, but only provides the tool to register and initiate payout.

Refund claims are directed to the club that is the counterparty in the transaction.

Our responsibility and limitation of liability

We strive to keep the service available around the clock, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance windows are announced when possible.

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or damage arising as a result of the service being unavailable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

If security vulnerabilities are discovered, contact us as soon as possible at hej@foreningsdomare.se — we handle such matters with high priority.

Personal data

How we process personal data in the logged-in app is described in a separate policy. See Privacy policy for the app .

For personal data submitted via the landing page foreningsdomare.se (registration of interest), the Privacy policy for foreningsdomare.se applies.

Termination and account deletion

You can delete your account yourself at any time — on the web under Settings → Privacy → Delete my account, in the app under More → Profile → Delete account. Deletion takes effect immediately: your name, email and phone number are removed and the account is closed. Data the club is legally obliged to retain (accounting records for paid compensation, 7 years under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act) is kept but no longer linked to you. Team managers can delete their account no earlier than 30 days after their most recently submitted compensation claim.

The club’s administrator can deactivate your account (login is blocked) or remove it (your data is anonymised as described above).

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app or by email, and you will be asked to accept the new terms the next time you log in. Minor editorial changes (spelling, clarifications) are published directly here.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes regarding the terms shall primarily be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled by a general court with Gothenburg District Court as the first instance.
