Terms for using the Föreningsdomare web service.

English translation. This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Swedish version is the legally binding one — in the event of any discrepancy, the Swedish text prevails.

Preliminary version. This text will be reviewed by a lawyer before the service leaves the pilot phase. Until then it serves as a framework for the obligations and rights that apply between you as a user and us as the service provider. Contact support@foreningsdomare.se if anything is unclear.

Service provider

Föreningsdomare is currently run as an individual project by the founder. When the business transitions into corporate form, these terms will be updated with the registration number and company details.

What the service does

Föreningsdomare is a multi-tenant web service where Swedish amateur sports clubs administer matches, referee assignment, compensation and communication between administrators, team managers and referees.

The service is accessed both via web browser and an iOS/Android app. Some features require login and that your club is registered in the service.

Fees and payment

Pricing and payment terms for the club’s use of the service are regulated separately in an agreement with each club. Referee compensation is handled between club and referee via the service — Föreningsdomare is not a party to the financial transaction, but only provides the tool to register and initiate payout.

Refund claims are directed to the club that is the counterparty in the transaction.

Our responsibility and limitation of liability

We strive to keep the service available around the clock, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance windows are announced when possible.

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or damage arising as a result of the service being unavailable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

If security vulnerabilities are discovered, contact us as soon as possible at support@foreningsdomare.se — we handle such matters with high priority.

Personal data

How we process personal data in the logged-in app is described in a separate policy. See Privacy policy for the app .

For personal data submitted via the landing page foreningsdomare.se (registration of interest), the Privacy policy for foreningsdomare.se applies.

Termination and account deletion

You can at any time request that your account be deleted via the app flow Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Deletion is carried out within 30 days of the request, except for data we are legally obliged to retain (e.g. accounting data on completed transactions).

The club’s administrator can remove members from the club without deleting the member’s personal account (the member can then request deletion themselves if desired).

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to logged-in users in the app or by email. Minor editorial changes (spelling, clarifications) are published directly here.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes regarding the terms shall primarily be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled by a general court with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
