English translation. This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Swedish version is the legally binding one — in the event of any discrepancy, the Swedish text prevails.

This policy applies to the landing page foreningsdomare.se. When you have logged into the service itself, a separate, more detailed policy applies describing how your data is handled there.

01

Data controller

Föreningsdomare (in the process of incorporation, currently run as an individual project by the founder) is the data controller for the processing of personal data on this website.

Contact address: support@foreningsdomare.se

02

What data do we collect?

When you fill in the registration of interest on foreningsdomare.se we store the information you provide — name, club, role, phone number, email address and any additional information you provide yourself.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry from you (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Purpose: the data is used only to be able to contact you regarding your registration. It is not shared with third parties for marketing.

03

How long do we keep the data?

Registrations of interest are kept for up to 24 months after we receive them, or earlier if you request deletion (see point 06).

04

Where is the data stored?

Form data is stored with Supabase on servers within the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Email sending (confirmations and replies) is handled by Resend, with servers within the EU.

The website and its server functions run on Vercel. CDN nodes are located globally but form data is not cached there — all content goes directly to EU storage.

For visitor analytics we use PostHog (EU instance, Frankfurt). By default the analytics run cookie-free and anonymously: no cookie or localStorage is set and no persistent identifier is stored. If you consent to analytics cookies we use a persistent anonymous identifier (cookie + localStorage) to recognise return visits — still without name, email or other direct personal data. Your IP address is not stored in any mode. You control the measurement yourself via the consent banner and can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of the site. To detect technical errors we use Sentry (EU instance, Frankfurt), which receives error messages but no form data or personal data.

05

Security

All transfer is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Stored data is access-protected and only available to people who need it to handle your registration.

06

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

To exercise your rights, contact us at support@foreningsdomare.se and state the email address you used in the form. We reply within 5 business days.

07

Cookies and tracking

In the default mode the website sets no cookies and does not share data with ad networks. Only when you consent to analytics cookies is the following stored on your device:

Legal basis: the cookie-free default mode rests on legitimate interest (no storage or reading on your device). Persistent analytics cookies are set only with the support of consent under Chapter 6, Section 18 of the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (LEK), which you can withdraw at any time via Cookie settings.

08

Complaints

If you believe we process your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY):
